Fremitus
- Is Fremitus a medical device?
- No. Fremitus is an educational tool for learning to listen to heart and lung sounds. Do not use it to diagnose, monitor or treat anyone.
- Where is my progress saved?
- On your device. Your settings, saved sessions and quiz progress are not stored online, so deleting the app or clearing your browser’s data for the site removes them.
- The heart sounds are quiet or thin on my phone.
- Heart sounds are mostly low in pitch, and phone and laptop speakers reproduce very little of that range. Use headphones or earbuds to hear them properly.
Purchases and refunds
- How do I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For the App Store, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play’s refund help.
- I got a new phone. How do I get my purchase back?
- Purchases belong to the Apple Account or Google account that made them. Sign in with the same account on the new device and install the app again.
